This circuit was found in a 1969 US documentation. The output transformer is for the indicated tube which is a type that has a 117 V filament requiring no transformer. R 1, R 2 = 120k, C 1 = 2 uF, C 2, C 3 = 40 uF and R 3 of 1 M.
