The CMOS integrated circuit 4011 consists of four two-input NAND gates, which can be used independently, but with common supply 5 to15 V. The maximum rate of these ports depends on the power voltage but is around 10 MHz. In figure below have the pinout of 4011 and truth table for one of the gates. By interconnecting two inputs can use each gate as an inverter.
