Description:
The synchronous counter in this package can be preset and also has an internal carry look-ahead for fast counting schemes and for cascading Without the need of additional logic.

Operation Mode:
The Clear (CL) function is asynchronous. CL=1 sets the outputs to “0”.
When Load (LD) is “0”, the counter is disabled and causes the output to agree with the setup data after the next clock pulse, regardless of the levels in ENs inputs (P EN and T EN).
Counting is enabled when P EN and T EN are “1”.
