The configuration is based on a quadruple operational amplifier and a regulator source for the transducer, since this sensor device is very sensitive to the bias voltage. The sensor indicated in this application is the SenSyn In SX01, but equivalents can be used for any changes. The circuit will operate with sensors from 1 psi to 150 psi corresponding to 7 kPa to 1 MPa.
The sensors can be of the calibration, differential and absolute type. The indicated circuit is for the full-scale 7 kPa sensor. The recommended ADC for this application was TLV2544 which has a range of 0 to 5V analog voltages. Of course, others with the same characteristics can be used.
As can be seen from the diagram, the sensor signals can be sent to the circuit via two twisted pairs. The conditioning of the signal sent under these conditions is provided by the circuit itself.
