This circuit consists of a traditional version amplifier with complementary output transistors using the TIP series. The circuit provides excellent sound quality with a power of 10 W. Power transistors must be mounted on heatsinks. For a stereo version, the source must have twice the indicated current as it has to power two circuits as indicated. Note that the source must provide at least 1.5 A, the circuit consumption at full power. For a stereo version use a power supply of at least 3 A. The circuit is sensitivity of 200 mV order and the speaker should be heavy type for best playback quality.
