November 2016 - Texas Instruments' new ISO773x triple channel digital isolators with 5,000 V insulation voltage and data transfer capability up to 100 Mbps can now be obtained from Mouser Electronics. The devices operate with voltages from 2.25 to 5.5 V and have a consumption of only 1.5 mA per channel at 1 Mbps.
