November 2016 - Mouser Electronics is making available the new N Semiconductor STK984-190E power modules for controlling up to 300 W motors with MOSFETs in 12 V systems. In it we have 40 V MOSFETs with 30 A current and a Rdson of Only 9.5 mOhm.
