January 2017 - Atmel / Microchip's ATA8520 single-chip card for SIGFOX RF transceivers can be purchased now from Mouser Electronics. The new board consists of a flexible solution for transceivers with very low power consumption, of the order of 32.7 mA with +14.5 dBm of output and 5 nA in Off mode.
