March 2017 - Texas Instruments' new TPS2H160-Q1 smart switches can now be obtained from Mouser Electronics for the positive (high or high side) side of the controlled circuit. The new components include complete diagnostics and current sensing capabilities that allow you to adjust current limits externally. The device is suitable for automotive applications.
