March 2017 - The new Texas Dual ISO762xxL digital isolators are available at Mouser Electronics Instruments for speeds up to 100 Mbps. The new components can be powered by voltages from 2.2 to 5.5 V and are indicated for applications in engine controls, instrumentation, automation and communication systems.
