March 2017 - Mouser Electronics already has the new Toshiba TLP3306 photo-relay and optical coupler in stock. The source LED operates with 3 mA current and the current in the ON state is 400 mA (max). Applications include high-speed memory testing, medical instrumentation, and power supplies.
