Here we show how a Constant Current Source can be created in the Multisim Blue using a common BJT (Bipolar Junction Transistor). The circuit is generic and te 10 ohm resistor with the zener (3 V) determines the output current about 3 A, indicated by the multimeter.
The multimeter must be selected to amperes (A), and the input voltage can change. Make experiments with other valures for the resistor.
This circuit can be used in battery chargers, SMA drive and DC motors control.
