June 2017 - Vishay Siliconix's new Generation IV (Gen IV) Channel N MOSFETs can now be purchased from Mouser Electronics. MOSFETs have Rdson values as low as 1.35 mOhms with 4.5 V depending on the type being indicated for applications such as switched sources, telecom, servers, etc.
