July 2017 - The new Diodes Incorporated AP7350 LDOs with ultra low quiescent current can be obtained from Mouser Electronics. The output current is 150 mA with voltages in the range of 1.5 to 3.3 V and 4.5 V and only 0.25 uA of quiescent current. These devices are ideal for IoT, wearable and other battery powered.
