July 2017 - Texas Instruments' new bidirectional current controllers LM5170-Q1 for power management are in stock by Mouser Electronics. The new controller is indicated for automotive use with voltages of 48 V or 12 V and can switch MOSFETs in parallel with loads up to 500 W.
