July 2017 - Mouser Electronics announced the availability of Littelfuse's GEN2 series Schottky diodes for 5 and 10 V currents with voltages of 1,200 V. The new components in TO-252-L and TO220-2 enclosures are suitable for chargers, Engine drivers, solar inverters and many other power applications.
