August 2017 - STMicroelectronics' new DSL05 transient suppressors for 12 and 24 V voltages and very low leakage currents of the order of 50 nA can already be obtained from Mouser Electronics. The new component is available in SOT23-6L enclosure and is indicated for ADSL up to G.FAST data rates.
