August 2017 - The new IXYS solid state relay CPC2907B from IXYS is currently in stock at Mouser Electronics for currents up to 2 A and voltages up to 60 V. The component has an ON resistance of only 150 mOhms and the insulation is 4 000 V. The component does not generate EMI or RFI.
