The Texas Instruments LM5178 Buck-boost controller is capable of operating in the 4.2 to 55 V (60 V absolute maximum) voltage range for a wide variety of applications. The output is in the range of 0.8 to 55 V and among suggested applications industrial sources, USB power, battery powered systems and LED lighting.
