We found this circuit in an old publication on oscilloscopes. Its purpose is to observe the Ie / Vc curves of a transistor on a common oscilloscope. The transformer has a secondary of 9 to 10 V and a current of 50 mA or more. The potentiometer next to the instrument, without value in the diagram is of 5k (4k7).
