This circuit can be found in other projects in this site. When S1 is open the circuit produces white noise and when S1 is closed the signal is a pink noise. The circuit uses the thermal noise produced by a PN junction of a transistor. The circuit must be powered from 9 to 18 V supplies and current drain is very low.
