Kinescopes are no longer found on modern video monitors and televisions. However if the reader has an old television with weak kinescope you can rejuvenate it or reactivate he emission with this circuit. The device should be turned on with the 7 V filament for 3 minutes and then turn the H switch to excitation. The procedure should be done several times until the milliammeter current reaches the bottom of the scale.
