An interesting option is the one that makes use of the MC3373 integrated circuit and which is shown in the figure. This circuit integrates the main functions required for processing a modulated signal and delivers it to a transistor that provides TTL logic compatible output. The tuned circuit is used to help achieve good noise elimination at the circuit operating frequency.
