In the figure is a diagram of a basic alarm with CMOS circuits and transistors obtained from a 1988 documentation. The circuit includes the warning system that produces sounds from two oscillators. NO sensors are connected at the points shown in the diagram. The power can be supplied by batteries and the consumption is very low in the standby condition.
