We found this interesting timer circuit or CMOS timer in a 1988 publication. The circuit is still current, as all components can still be found easily. The circuit is very accurate as the 1 minute reference signal is obtained from the power grid frequency itself. The 3 digit programming is done by switches. The final drive is a relay.
