This conventional slow-moving circuit uses incandescent light bulbs, but can be changed to use LEDs. Low power LEDs require 330 or 470 ohm resistors in series and high brightness LEDs use 100 to 220 ohm resistors. Power can be supplied with voltages from 6 to 12 V.
