This circuit was obtained from Everyday Electronics magazine of August 1974. The circuit is still current as it can be mounted with BC548 transistors and instead of lamps we can use LEDs in series with 470 ohm resistors. The circuit is TTL, with a zener reduction to 5 V for its power supply.
