Frequency modulated signals up to 500 kHz can be decoded with the PLL we show. The demodulated signal is obtained on pin 1 and when the circuit recognizes it by setting the 100 k ohm trimpot the LED lights up. This circuit can be used on an audio link using the power grid or as a basis for a power grid intercom project.
