This circuit was found in a 1994 publication. It draws 1 of 41 LEDs when we press and then release SH1. The circuit can be powered by 6 to 9 V voltages from small battery eliminators or even ordinary batteries. The LEDs are numbered from 1 to 41 and can be arranged in a circle to form a roulette wheel. The circuit can be extended to more LEDs.
