This circuit consists of a 10 + 10 V symmetrical source that operates from a single 5V input. It is a positive bender and a negative bender in the same circuit. Three 4049 drives form an oscillator that determines the drive's operating rate and at the same time excites the other three drive ports in the negative sector of the voltage multiplier. Component values are typical and changes may be made depending on the application. TTL inverters can also be used in equivalent configurations, with appropriate component value changes.
