In this circuit we show how it is possible to control a high power load (which depends on the characteristics of the TRIAC and which in this case is 6 A) from a TTL output. The photocoupler is a Motorola MOC3010 type with an infrared LED and a Foto-diac inside. The circuit must be powered by 110 V and the TRlAC mounted on a heat radiator according to the controlled power.
