This voice scrambler circuit was obtained from an American 1990s documentation. Used operational amplifiers can be replaced with equivalents by taking advantage of the frequency quadruplication idea with transformers. The circuit makes the voice distorted making it difficult to understand and can be used for effects or transmission.
