The previous circuit (CB5050E) triggers when the temperature exceeds the limit set on the potentiometer. This circuit, shown in the figure, is a sub-temperature alarm, triggering when it falls below the set value. In this case, the reference voltage is obtained differently from the inverter input connected directly to the power supply. The internal current mirror sets the reference value.
