This circuit was found in an Electronics World magazine from 1990. The circuit can be mounted today as components are common to the CMOS series. The maximum input frequency is a few megahertz depending on the supply voltage as the circuit operates from 5 to 15 V. The obtained waveforms are given in the same figure.
