    The connection of high-value input resistors causes the circuit to behave like a conventional operational amplifier and thus work as a function of voltages rather than currents. In the figure we have an example, in which we use the amplifier as a voltage comparator. The output voltage will then be proportional to the difference between the voltages applied to the inputs.
