This circuit was found in a 1980s documentation. Q1 and Q2 can be BC548 and SCR a TIC106. The circuit drives a buzzer (Bell) with oscillator. The supply voltage depends on this component. The original indicates 3 V, but taking into account the voltage drop on the SCR it is recommended to be at least 2 V above the buzzer.
