Circuits and devices can be tested using the tester. The visual indication of the state of the circuit under test is given by a LED. The continuity is considered when the resistance is fewer than 100 k Ω. The circuit can be powered from 6 V or 9 V battery. When the LED is off the current drain is near zero.
