Figure 1 shows a hal-wave voltage doubler operating with the Power-supply voltage. Output current depends on the capacitors’ values and diodes can be 1N4004 for the 117/127 AC power line and 1N4007 for the 220/240 V AC poower line. The circuit simulated in the Multisim Blue shows the vcontinuous voltage in the output.
