This TSU1M45H surface mount rectifier features 1A forward current and 45V repetitive peak reverse voltage with a junction temperature ranging from -55°C to 175°C. The TSU1M45H rectifier is an AEC-Q101-qualified device with a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL-1) and the product is halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 standards and RoHS compliant. These TSU1M45H rectifiers are used in Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS), adapters, lighting applications, on-board DC/DC converters, and automotive applications.
