I saw that supercapacitors can store very large amounts of energy, as much as a capacitor of an equivalent size to earth. Does this energy present no danger, producing fields that can be dangerous to people?
The energy stored in a capacitor is in the electric field that manifests between the armatures. In supercapacitors, this energy is confined to a very small space, not manifesting itself externally. Thus, when loaded, these components do not emit any form of energy or radiation.
