I am working on a project in which I will control a stage with high-powered MOSFETs connected to a high voltage source. How to isolate this circuit from my Arduino?
The best way to do this is through optical isolators. However, in a more outdated way, a transformer can also be used if the circuit operates with pulses. It is perfectly possible to create a drive with a transistor for this transformer and connect the secondary to the MOSFET that must be controlled.
