I was informed that the LED light is bad because it emits radiation that is dangerous to the eyes. It is true?"
The light emitted by the LEDs is exactly like any other because there is only one form of light: electromagnetic waves that our eyes can perceive. What can happen is that along with the light, other forms of radiation are emitted. For example, fluorescent lamps may have a small dose of ultraviolet rays and even X-rays emitted when in operation, but it is too small to worry. Likewise, other types of light sources may have components of longer and shorter wavelengths than visible light, but never in worrying quantities. In the case of LEDs, the possibility of emitting other types of radiation than just the light we perceive is minimal. We can consider a clean light source.
