With the return of vinyl, I am thinking of buying a record player. Are there any recommendations to consider?

Vinyl record players operate with a needle sliding over the groove of a spinning disc powered by an engine. The durability of the disc, which is important, depends on the pressure of the needle in the groove, because over time its friction causes the wear of the undulations that correspond to the sounds. Thus, manufacturers indicate the pressure of the needle that is controlled by a counterweight in the arm. This pressure must be very well adjusted. In the indicative leaflets of the turntables there should be information about this adjustment and care must be taken so that it does not exceed the indicated values or even sudden movements of the arm scratch the disc. Anyway, make a digital copy of the recordings for the future, as the disc is not eternal.
