Many of the circuits in the Circuit Bench section are powered by high voltages, above 12 V in many cases. Can I modify them to operate at lower voltages?
In fact, many of the circuits in that section are old, using transistors of types that operated at higher voltages, hence we have their circuits powered at high voltages. The settings can be changed to operate at lower voltages, but this will usually require recalculating components. For the case of operational amplifiers, there are modern types that can operate with very low voltages, but in this case, we can only take advantage of the configuration, changing the values of the components.
