As I am retired with knowledge of electronics, would Id like to set up a laboratory to dedicate myself to research? What do you recommend?
Evidently, there is now a lot of equipment that in the past was impossible to have at home and is affordable. Certainly, if you intend to dedicate yourself to research, you must first determine exactly in which field you will work. The field will determine the specific equipment. However, general-purpose instruments and equipment must be the same, such as a power supply, multimeter, oscilloscope, function generator, etc.
