April 2017 - The new MEMS DSC600 oscillators with Microchip technology are in stock at Mouser Electronics. The new components combine excellent stability with very low consumption and are indicated for wearable and IoT applications. The new components are available in frequencies between 2 kHz and 100 MHz.
