The basic integrated circuits of this 1988 multimeter are no longer very common today, but if found make it possible to build an excellent 3 digit digital multimeter with common anode displays. The circuit is multiplexed and the accuracy depends only on the resistors used in the measurement networks. The circuit is powered by a 5 V external voltage regulated at least 1 A.
