This VFO (Variable Frequency Oscillator ) has the output frequency controlled by a potentiometer. For a coil formed by 60 turns of 28 AWG wire in a ferrite core the frequency is around 1 MHz. The circuit can produce signals up to 10 MHz. Reduce the 470 pF capacitor for higher frequencies.
