This experimental touch switch uses two general-purpose NPN transistor. The lamp can be replaced by a LED with a 470 to 1 k ohm series resistor. Also, a small relay can be used as load. Don´t power the circuit from transformerless supplies. Higher currents can be controlled replacing Q2 by a BD135.
