This transistor flasher was found in an English magazine that no longer exists from 1975. The transistors can be BC548 for NPN and BC558 for PNP. R4 has values between 47 ohms and 470 ohms, depending on the desired brightness of the LED. The frequency can be changed by changing the value of R1.
